YOGA FOR RECOVERY Classes forming. The course consists of three two-hour sessions in Islandia and will cover the philosophy of Yoga, Ayurveda principle of a healthy life style, and includes one-hour Yoga asana class, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

GRACE WELCH LEADS YOGA WORKSHOP FOR NOW CHAPTER

Mid-Suffolk NOW is holding a Fund Raiser at The Neighborhood house, East Setauket, on May 23, 2009, 10 am to 2:00 pm to raise funds to sponsor a college student to attend the National NOW Conference in Indianapolis, Ind., June 19-20.

2-hour Yoga class, raffle for Yoga Gift Certificates, Tapes, CDs, Refreshments, Free Take-away Table/swaps, 50/50 split. Donation: $35.
