I had the privilege of addressing Mended Hearts members at their October
meeting sharing information on the benefits of Yoga practice in their
continuing recovery. They were able to experience chair yoga, simple
breathing exercises and there was a lively question & answer period. If

Since the last newsletter with all the
testimonials of how helpful nasal lavage is, many students and non-students
are practicing Neti daily. Any reader who has post-nasal drip, frequent
colds, sinusitis, congestion is encouraged to investigate this practice. The
plastic pot, filled with tepid water and Kosher salt, can change your life.

Students who have experienced our Yoga Intensives have given them high
praise: two hours of Yoga, which includes breathing exercises, postures
(simple to advanced), personalized attention to work on your next level,
group meditation with crystal bowl vibrations, home-cooked vegetarian
buffet, Yogini networking and exchange of home remedies.
