Ancient Remedy for Modern Stress
Welcome to the New Year and to all my students long-time veterans and newcomers! And to those who have not yet met me and my studio on Long Island maybe this will be your break-through year to take the step into your future, where you become ONE WITH YOURSELF!
To help you in your journey, here is my schedule hope you will overcome your procrastination (Im too busy, my schedule doesnt allow me to start Yoga, maybe next year.) you know who you are!

MONDAYS 12 NOON TO 1:30 PM RESTORATIVE YOGA
This is an excellent class for students who are timid about starting Yoga, have ongoing physical and emotional problems, recent surgery, early pregnancy, fibromyalgia, back problems. Class is small you get personal attention. You practice at your own pace, in a warm, comfortable setting.
