by David Emerson and Elizabeth Hopper, Ph.D.

For those readers who have experienced trauma to the body and mind will benefit by reading this book. It gives a step-by-step diagrammed process by which you can tailor your practice to the needs of your body, mind and spirit. If you or someone you know has been involved in an accident, domestic violence, military conflict, pass this information to them. I will be glad to answer any questions, and refer you to a clinical therapist knowledgeable in the application of Yoga to trauma.
