For those readers who have experienced trauma to the body and mind will benefit by reading this book. It gives a step-by-step diagrammed process by which you can tailor your practice to the needs of your body, mind and spirit. If you or someone you know has been involved in an accident, domestic violence, military conflict, pass this information to them. Learning Yoga Through Sign
The Sivananda Yoga Devanta organization presents Yoga in American Sign Language for the deaf community in NYCity.
