Have you had enough of summer? Sorry to see it go? Well, as Swami Vishnu used to say, there is nothing as constant as change, so get ready for cool weather and change of season. For those of you who keep putting off the regular practice of YOGA, here are my Fall offerings:

THE POWER OF THE INTERNET!

I received a call from a woman in the Sierra foothills, California wanting to talk about a NETI POT! I asked how she found out about me - "through the Internet." What did you enter? "Postnasal drip!" Those of you who received my 2000 newsletter in January will recall the yoga practice of clearing the sinuses with saltwater lavage.
